Accessibility Statement

1) Commitment
Polandia Solutions sp. z o.o. is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and are progressively aligning with selected WCAG 2.2 AA criteria.

2) Scope
This statement applies to: [your domain] and its subpages. Third-party systems embedded in the site (maps, chat widgets, payment/booking tools) are covered by their own accessibility policies.

3) Measures we implement

  • Semantic HTML and meaningful headings

  • Text alternatives for non-text content (images/icons)

  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus states

  • Sufficient color contrast and non-color cues

  • Resizable text (up to 200%) without loss of content

  • Clear form labels, instructions, and error feedback

  • Skip-links/landmarks and ARIA where appropriate

  • Responsive and mobile-friendly layouts

4) Conformance status
Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA. The site is under continuous improvement; some components are still being audited or remediated.

5) Known limitations

  • Legacy PDF/office files may not be fully tagged for assistive tech.

  • Historical images may lack complete alt text.

  • Third-party embeds (e.g., maps, video players, chat) may have constraints beyond our control.
We are working to resolve or provide accessible alternatives.

6) Feedback & contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or want to suggest an improvement, please contact us:

  • Postal: Polandia Solutions sp. z o.o., ul. Sucha 3, 50-086 Wrocław, Poland

We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and provide a resolution or action plan within 14 days.

7) Technical compatibility
This site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common screen readers on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Older browsers or systems may not fully support some features.

8) Assessment approach
Accessibility is assessed by:

  • Internal reviews during design/development (design system checks, color/contrast tests)

  • Automated scans (axe, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard/screen-reader testing

  • Periodic third-party audits (as resources allow)

9) Continuous improvement roadmap

  • Tagging and replacing legacy documents with accessible HTML/PDF

  • Captioning/transcripts for all new video/audio

  • Ongoing UX copy improvements for clearer instructions and error states
